We have gained accreditations and memberships with industry-recognised regulatory bodies such as UKALA, Rent Smart Wales, National Landlords Association, Property Redress Scheme and Training for Professionals are a few to mention, meaning landlords and contract-holders can be safe in the knowledge that the way we work is tried, tested and in accordance with subscribed laws and codes of practices.
Through working closely with these bodies and Swansea’s HMO department, we continually review our staff training and procedures, to stay on top of the new legislation in the industry, keeping our clients informed of the changes at the same time.
