We specialise in full management and let-only services, exclusively dedicated to our landlords and their investments. By focusing solely on property management and lettings, we can devote all our time and effort to serving the needs of both our students and landlords, ensuring they receive the highest quality service. We do not offer property sales, allowing us to maintain our level of commitment.

At Swansea4students we offer a flexible service for sourcing tenants and operate on a no let no fee basis.
If you’re currently with an agent and considering your options, we’re happy to market your property alongside them for free, if they beat us over the finish line in signing students for your property, or you change your mind before we do, there are no costs whatsoever.
No complicated management price plans here, we offer fully managed service for 12% + VAT of the gross rental income and provide a tenant finders service for 2 weeks rent + VAT.
